Built with rugged, Australian made stainless steel, our racking solutions offer incredible flexibility. Designed to work with our body lifting trolleys inside built in mortuary refrigeration units, the racks can store body trays or coffins, on a number of levels catering for certain body types. With rollers made out of corrosion resistant material, our storage systems are maintenance free and are guaranteed to last. All sitting on either adjustable feet, or on 4 x 125mm sturdy castors - choose between brakes on all 4 corners, or a mix of brake and swivel castors for extra manoeuvrability while maintaining excellent stability.
Our trays are pressed for extra strength and ensure a seamless design, to prevent any build-up of debris. They come standard with two strong carrying handles with drains and different drainage profiles optional.

The shelf device serves to store body trays or coffin plates and is installed directly within a morgue refrigeration unit. The shelf device is to be loaded by a lift and transport truck. The structure consists of rugged stainless steel profiles (Material 1.4301 – ANSI 304) which are equipped on each tire with five carrying rollers of corrosion-resistant material with plastic coating and maintenance-free roller bearings and a locking device.

Racking systems are also available in a more portable setup. Constructed the same as the free standing racking, the mobile racking features 4 heavy duty maintenance free 125mm wheels; 2 fixed castors and 2 steerable brakes. Can be supplied to suit desired capacity and available area.

Specifically designed for side loading, the structure consists of rugged stainless steel profiles which are equipped on each tier with two cantilevers. The shelf can be fixed at the bottom with four fastening plates. These are ideal for the storage of empty coffins and spare trays or tanks.
Note: These require a modification to the trolley to adapt to a side loading mortuary setup.

Our simulation racking takes the same rugged designs modified for medical schools to be used with dummies or mannequins. With each rack able to be placed side by side with zero clearance and trays with durable plastic handles, it works just like any other durable mortuary system, but for educational purposes.
Body trays have a rugged construction made entirely of stainless steel. They are fitted with large handles and closed skids for easy and ergonomic manoeuvring.
