A unique, full sized, static cutting and grinding workstation, the stainless steel Cut Grinder has been developed for the precise preparation of tissue, bone and composite materials. The water cooled, high-precision diamond coated cutting band produces precise sections with exceptional surface quality - the prerequisite for rapid, histological evaluation or further processing. The diamond cutting band is simply and conveniently tensioned, relieved or removed by means of a lever. It is also extremely safe. As the blade is slow running and not toothed, it significantly reduces the risk of injury of infection when compared to traditional band saws. |

The Primus 2 is a more compact saw that can easily fit on a lab bench. Built with the same features and precision technology, the Primus 2 offers the same great performance on a smaller scale. This can be used on a regular bench-top or a custom designed stand. With a cutting height of up to 21cm, the Primus 2 is well suited to preparing smaller materials in a more space conscious environment. Alongside a standard tap connection, there is a 1.5L water supply tank. |
