Through either one-off service visits or long-term service contracts, our technical support staff will provide up to date training, preventative maintenance, and repair services to you.

Customers can expect detailed service reports for all installations, preventative maintenance and repair service. These include comprehensive notes on service work, equipment history, and images of completed work.

    1What products do you repair?
    TekMed service is available for any products we have sold to your business. Products that have exceeded their reasonable life-time and require replacement may not qualify for service. We generally do not provide service for products that we have not sold and have no history with.
    2What states do you cover?
    Our service teams travel to all states and territories in Australia.
    3When can I expect a response?

    Reactive service jobs (involving unforeseen equipment breakdown or similar) can expect a service response within 3 business days.

    Technicians arriving onsite is determined by many things including location and parts availability; discuss your situation with our service team to get the fastest possible time!

    4Is my warranty covered?

    Most TekMed products are covered by a 12 month warranty. Check your product documentation for more information.

    Extended warranties are available at time of purchase.
